Namely a fun, full-body workout, but most importantly, an evolution. Each round of boxing is meant to be a progression. Think of Round 1 as foundation and form. Round 2 as an escalation of Round 1 with more emphasis on fun combos. Round 3… let’s just say, buckle up. Round 1 and 2 are broken up by strength work, and we have a variety of hand weights available so that you can choose your own adventure. Then, Round 2 and 3 are broken up with core work. Of course, every class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down.

Both. Ding Ding is for everyone! Instructors offer plenty of cueing opportunities to guide the beginners or challenge the advanced.

First, book your bag! Second, show up preferably 5-10 minutes early (especially if it’s your first time)... We’ve got you from there.

We are happy to extend the expiration date on your class credits as long as you let us know before they expire. Once your credits expire, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do! To request an extension, email info@dingdinggroupboxing.com.

Unlimited memberships are contract memberships that start the date of purchase and therefore cannot be paused. Also, please know that monthly memberships auto renew unless you request a cancellation prior to the renewal date. To request a cancellation (*sad*), email info@dingdinggroupboxing.com.

Our schedule opens two weeks in advance. Plenty of time to book your favorite bag!

Yes, you will choose a spot when you sign up for class.

If you can’t make it, well that’s a bummer. But we know things happen. If you do need to cancel, you must do so 12 hours before your class start time or forfeit your credit. If you are on an unlimited membership, a $20 penalty fee will incur for any late cancellations (anytime within 12 hours before class starts) or no shows.

We sure do. You can purchase a gift card for any of our class packages in the Ding Ding app or on the Pricing page of our website.

We offer Ding Ding gloves to rent for $3.25, but we do not rent quick wraps. Quick wraps are available for purchase ($10) or you are welcome to bring your own.

Yep, we know you took the time to break ‘em in. A well-loved pair of gloves is a beloved sight.

Quick wraps are not required, although they are recommended. Particularly if you need added wrist protection, you may want to consider it to help support those punches.

Yes! We sell boxed water for $3, or fill up your own bottle at our water station.

Whatever you feel comfortable moving in! We do require that you wear athletic sneakers / tennis shoes (no bare feet).

We have lockers (with locks!) in the lobby and in both restrooms to keep your things safe while you’re busy hitting shit. Need a quick change before heading back to the office or wherever the day is taking you? There is plenty of room in our spacious bathrooms and private stalls to do all your primping.

You know what we say: Don’t punch alone. Whether it’s a corporate outing or a group of your closest friends, we would be stoked to host. For information on booking a private group class, email jen@dingdinggroupboxing.com.
