Originally from Funkytown (Fort Worth), TX, Dre graduated from the University of North Texas with a Double BA in Radio, TV, Film & History and made his way to Dallas for work in Radio & TV. After a team-building fitness bootcamp, Dre fell in love with the fitness community and all things movement. The love for boxing came from coaching a WBA World Champion boxer to win and defend the title. Throwing punches has turned out to be one of the best stress relievers on the planet. If you’re up for an endorphin RELEASE…Dre plans on getting you to that destination at Ding Ding with 808s bumping and punches dumping!
As soon as Dallas grows mountains and global cooling happens, Dre’s snowboarding addiction will live on, but until then, road-biking in full gear (onesie preferred) is the close number two of Dallas activities. Dre’s guilty pleasure in shoes escalated to an addiction after the 150 mark. Favorite punch and most difficult to learn is the front hook. That thing is sooooo sexy…
Born in Miami, Florida and raised in Dallas, Adria came to fitness after she exhausted all local casting directors patience with what were surely very over the top auditions. Luckily, there was a natural outlet waiting: teaching group fitness. Starting her teaching journey with barre classes, she then segued to yoga, and before you could blink cycling, Pilates and HIIT made their way onto her resume. Taking her one woman fitness show, Adria has taught, managed and overseen curriculum in the fitness space for over 10 years in Dallas, New York and Chicago. She is thrilled to be teaming up with some of the best folks she knows to bring a well-cultivated concept to the masses. Strap Up, Throw Down.
When she’s not at Ding Ding, you can catch her brunching at Beverley’s, grabbing a drink at the Lakewood Landing or hunting for the perfect mango margarita (shoutout to MiCocina..still in the lead after all these years). Favorite punch? Uppercut city, baby. Front or back.
Anjelica comes to us from Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Louisville, where she was a 5X Collegiate National Champion with the Louisville All-Girl Cheerleading Squad. She is a former 2X USA World Champion Gold Medalist for the US National Cheerleading Squad. Anjelica developed a passion for fitness at an early age and strives to help others achieve fitness goals. She’s excited to see Ding Ding give people an amazing community and help push people to their full potential.
Did someone say sushi? You can catch Anjelica at any sushi restaurant in Dallas when she isn’t at the gym of course.
Her favorite punch is one that will for sure knock you out, the Upper Cut.
A product of both cities, Chris X, has Dallas hustle and Fort Worth charm. Chris began his fitness career in 2012 at the University of Texas- Arlington, as a certified personal trainer, strength coach and athletic training research assistant. Chris has a BS in Exercise Science.
“Ding Ding gives participants next level confidence to attack their goals and hit back at life!”
When Chris isn’t in the gym you can find him trying out one of Dallas’ many restaurants.
A nature boy, Chris loves plants, animals and even bugs (minus mosquitos, they catch hands)
JC Schuster born and raised in Plano, TX is excited to be back in Dallas after living in NYC for the past 10 years working in the entertainment industry. Coming to the fitness world as a previous entertainer, choreographer, and dance instructor, JC has had opportunities to perform on Broadway, and multiple film and television credits including Fosse/Verdon (FX), the motion picture Annie, HBO’s Vinyl, Glee, Gossip Girl, and Nurse Jackie. He has also had opportunities to work for Madonna, Keith Urban, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Today Show, The View, The 72nd Tony Awards, and the 90th annual Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. A longtime boxing fan, what makes him most excited about Ding Ding is to join the worlds of music, boxing, and his love for fitness.
Some of his favorite things to do in Dallas are brunch at Beverley’s, cycle and fish around White Rock Lake, hit up the local breweries, and finish the night with friends at the bar! His guilty pleasure is watching YouTube videos or spending money on my bourbon and tequila collection.
Born and raised in Dallas, Jennifer graduated with a BA in Psychology from Texas Tech. From there, it was corporate America where she trained, and developed recruiting and sales teams. Despite playing nearly every sport growing up, she was far from athletic and bothered that she could not do a proper push up. She started working out with various trainers in 2018 and ultimately fell in love with the industry and decided to take her coaching and development skills to the fitness world to become a certified personal trainer.
Jennifer started boxing with our very own co-founder, Dre Williams, getting hooked after the first session. She is excited to join the Ding Ding team and help others achieve their goals and feel empowered, all while dancing it out to some fire playlists and having fun.
When she’s not at Ding Ding, you can find her training clients, searching for the best espresso in town, enjoying live music, or traveling the world.
